What I can say however, is that I find it extremely uplifting to read. I've been depressed on and off for about 13 years, and have done self injury and other things to try and escape the pain. Anyway, I find it fascinating to read your blog, and know that there are others out there who have similar values relating the Christmas, and about life and civilization in general.
